Customer Specific Addenda. BROKER and CONTRACTOR may enter into one or more Customer specific written addenda executed by BROKER and CONTRACTOR (a ‘Customer Specific Addendum’) to this Agreement for the purpose of amending this Agreement to add provisions, which will be applicable to a specific named Customer. If any provision contained in a Customer Specific Addendum to this Agreement conflicts with any provision contained in this Agreement, the provision contained in the Customer Specific Addendum to this Agreement shall govern.

Customer Specific Addenda. Any Customer-Specific Addenda for a shipment shall be attached to the Carrier Rate Confirmation for that shipment, and shall be incorporated herein. ATTACHMENT 2 CARRIER INSURANCE COVERAGE REQUIREMENTS Vine Line Logistics, Inc. requires that any company doing business with our company maintain liability and other insurance coverage. The writing insurance companies must maintain a minimum AM Best Rating of A- (IX). Evidence of such coverage must be provided to Vine Line Logistics, Inc. in the form of a Certificate of Insurance or a Proof-Only certificate where applicable which complies with the following requirements General Liability 1 The policy providers General Liability Insurance, including products and or completed operations liability, with limits of not less than $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 general aggregate; Additional Insured 2 Names Vine Line Logistics, Inc. as an Additional Insured;
