Common use of Customer Systems Clause in Contracts

Customer Systems. Customer represents and warrants that it has the appropriate authorizations from the owner of the networks, systems, IP addresses, assets, and/or hardware on which it deploys the Service, or which it targets, scans, monitors, or tests with the Service.

Customer Systems. Customer represents and warrants that it has the appropriate authorizations from the owner of the networks, systems, IP addresses, assets, and/or hardware on which it deploys the ServiceSoftware, or which it targets, scans, monitors, or tests with the ServiceSoftware.

Customer Systems. Customer represents and warrants that (a) it has the appropriate authorizations from the owner of the networks, systems, IP addresses, assets, and/or hardware on which it deploys the ServiceOffering(s), or which it targets, scans, monitors, or tests with the ServiceOffering(s), and (b) Customer has obtained all necessary rights to permit Atvik Security to collect and process Content from Customer, including, without limitation, data from endpoints, servers, cloud applications, and logs.

Customer warrants and represents and warrants that it has the appropriate authorizations from is the owner or licensee of the networksany network, systems, IP addresses, assets, and/or computers or other hardware on upon which it deploys the Servicedeploys, or which it targetstargets with, scans, monitorsthe Software ("Customer Systems"), or tests with that Customer is authorized to deploy Software on, or use the ServiceSoftware to target (such as scan or penetration test) such Customer Systems.
