Common use of Customer’s General Responsibilities Clause in Contracts

Customer’s General Responsibilities. Customer and its Users are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining their Internet access to the Subscription Services. Customer is solely responsible for the accuracy, quality and integrity of the Customer Data that Customer or its Users input into the Fusebit Platform. Customer must comply, and will ensure that its Administrative Users comply, with the Acceptable Use Policy referenced in Section 12 below. Customer is responsible for acts and omissions of its Administrative Users relating to this Agreement as though they were Customer’s own.
