Distribution of Information. The Employer shall assure that the results of Labor Management Committees are distributed to affected managers and supervisors. The Union may distribute the results to the bargaining unit through exiting security briefings (i.e., roll call), bulletin boards and other appropriate venues. In the event that there are issues distributing LMC meeting results at security briefings, via bulletin boards, or other appropriate venues, the Union may seek assistance from the Executive Director of the Office of Personnel Services and Benefits, Department of Budget and Management, to resolve the issue to the satisfaction of the parties. In no instance shall the dissemination of information by the Union extend the time allotted for a security briefing or disrupt the primary purpose of the briefing.
Distribution of Information. It is understood and agreed that any Lender may provide to assignees and participants and prospective assignees and participants financial information and reports and data concerning Borrower's properties and operations which was provided to such Lender pursuant to this Agreement.
Distribution of Information. ECCE shall have the right to distribute information to employees on campus and off-site on matters related to this Agreement and its representational rights at this District subject to the following provisions:
(a) Any item to be placed in the inter-campus system or sent by email shall bear the name of ECCE and the date. A copy of any general memoranda mailed to all employees shall be filed with the Human Resources Office by ECCE.
(b) Usage shall be restricted to distribution of information which is noncommercial and which is not in violation of Article 20, Section 4, Political Activities, and shall be subject to the provisions of regulations governing use of school mail.
(c) District postage or postage machines shall not be used by ECCE.
(d) Distribution between District operating locations and employee mailboxes may be made either by the intercampus mail delivery service or by personal delivery to division offices.
Distribution of Information. Borrower hereby authorizes Lender, as Lender may elect in its sole discretion, to discuss with and furnish to any affiliate of Lender, to any government or self-regulatory agency with jurisdiction over Lender, or to any participant or prospective participant, all financial statements, audit reports and other information pertaining to Borrower whether such information was provided by Borrower or prepared or obtained by Lender or third parties. Neither Lender nor any of its employees, officers, directors or agents make any representation or warranty regarding any audit reports or other analyses of Borrower, which Lender may elect to distribute, whether such information was provided by Borrower or prepared or obtained by Lender or third parties, nor shall Lender or any of its employees, officers, directors or agents be liable to any Person receiving a copy of such reports or analyses for any inaccuracy or omission contained in such reports or analyses or relating thereto.
Distribution of Information. The University fulfills its responsibility to inform students as follows:
A) During the academic year, information is routinely distributed to the Student through campus mail (at the assigned mailstop box) and/or their University e-mail address. This information is presumed to have been received and read by the Student.
B) During other periods of the calendar year, information may be sent to the Student's home address, as indicated in University records. This information is presumed to have been received and read by the Student.
C) At its discretion, the University may choose to deliver information to the Student’s assigned place of residence. This information is presumed to have been received and read by the Student.
D) At its discretion, the University may choose to deliver mail in a full mail box to the Student’s place of residence or home address. A delivery fee will be billed to the Student’s account as well as the cost of postage if the mail is sent to the Student’s home address.
E) At the University’s discretion, information may be left on a Student’s cell phone voicemail.
F) Information is also provided on the University’s website, which should be checked on a regular basis.
Distribution of Information. Plan Administrator shall maintain and distribute to all eligible Participants (and return to HEBP, if necessary) all appropriate materials and forms as may be required to comply with applicable law.

It is understood and agreed that the Administrative Agent and each Lender may provide to assignees and prospective assignees financial information and reports and data concerning the Borrower's properties and operations which was provided to the Administrative Agent and such Lender pursuant to this Agreement.

Neither the Agent nor the Lenders nor any of their employees, officers, directors or agents make any representation or warranty regarding any audit reports or other analyses of Borrower which the Agent or the Lenders may elect to distribute, whether such information was provided by Borrower or prepared or obtained by the Agent, the Lenders, or third parties, nor shall the Agent, the Lenders, or any of their employees, officers, directors or agents be liable to any Person receiving a copy of such reports or analyses for any inaccuracy or omission contained in such reports or analyses or relating thereto.
Distribution of Information a. Information for students and their parents about drug and alcohol counseling and rehabilitation and reentry programs in this geographic area is available from the principal at each student's school.
b. Copies of these Rules shall be provided to all students and their parents at the beginning of each school year.
Distribution of Information. Upon initial employment and each change in classification, each employee shall receive a copy of the applicable job description, a specification of the monthly or hourly rates applicable to his or her position, a statement of the duties of the position, a statement of the employee's work site(s), regularly assigned work shift, the hours per day, days per week and months per year.
