Customized Reports. Reports are created based on the client's design specification and are scheduled to be created on a set schedule such as daily, weekly, every 2 weeks, monthly, quarterly or annually. Programming for requests is $75.00 an hour and there is a one-time set-up fee of $75.00. The charge is $90.00 per request. If an on demand report were requested with the same criteria as a previous request the charge would be $45.00. Customized Reports. A6.1 Fulcrum shall construct customized reports, based on your specific request or input, that show the data from one or more of your Thoughtexchange Processes in ways different from the standard reporting built into the software (the “Customized Reports”). You are responsible for reviewing and approving the content before it is published.

Customized Reports. Any reports developed by way of the Data Analyst product for the individual Customer are denoted as “Customized reports”. Subject to request from the Customer, ITL will provide services to assist the Customer in the development, testing, deployment and maintenance of Customized reports. Any work undertaken by ITL in relation to Customized reports will be charged per hour using the Data Analyst hourly rates as set out in the Order Form. The customer accepts that itslearning retains an ownership to any intellectual property created for a customized report.
Customized Reports. As a tool for outreach, education and planning, SMCEW will develop Energy Action Plans for school districts and benchmarking reports for public agencies and small businesses. These plans are tailored for each customer and will be a tool for SMCEW to engage with decision makers and allow customers to promote EE opportunities within their organization.

Customized Reports. No charge, typically. Reports requiring an unusually large amount of programming time, in Sunstone's sole discretion, may require the payment of programming fees not to exceed $150 per hour. Programming fees will not be incurred without the Trust's prior approval.
Customized Reports. PBM shall prepare and deliver to NDPERS Customized Reports. Certain of these Customized Reports may require PBM to provide IT Programming Time, which will result in the IT Programming Fee identified in Exhibit A of this Agreement.
