CUTTER DISCS. Cutter discs shall be the single type, of large diameter (18 inches) and at least 28 tonne capacity. The cutterhead shall be dressed as follows: . Standard part: twin discs, Nos 1 to 12, at centres of no more than 100 mm . Centre area: 1 disc per concentric groove at centres of about 80 mm . Edge area: 1 disc per concentric groove at centres of 25 to 80 mm. . On the second groove from the edge: 2 discs at least 2.5 cm from the outer diameter of the shield. . On the outermost groove: 3 adjustable (using shims discs for overcutting 2 to 5 cm outside the radius of the front section of the shield. . Triple discs (and more) shall be avoided as far as possible. The cutter discs shall be adapted to the different ground types encountered and to the different operating modes defined above. Cutter-disc hubs shall be made from abrasion-resistant steel and shall be protected if the discs are not mounted permanently or temporarily (in soft ground for example). The disc recess shall be protected from abrasion by hard-face inserts welded to the front face of the cutterhead. Discs shall be the "KCR DB 320" type or similar approved by the Purchaser.

  • Returning Company Documents I agree that, at the time of leaving the employ of the Company, I will deliver to the Company (and will not keep in my possession, recreate or deliver to anyone else) any and all devices, records, data, notes, reports, proposals, lists, correspondence, specifications, drawings blueprints, sketches, materials, equipment, other documents or property, or reproductions of any aforementioned items developed by me pursuant to my employment with the Company or otherwise belonging to the Company, its successors or assigns, including, without limitation, those records maintained pursuant to paragraph 3(d). In the event of the termination of my employment, I agree to sign and deliver the “Termination Certification” attached hereto as Exhibit C.

  • Artwork 16.01. Artist agrees that G2 is the owner of any and all artwork, LP jacket art, and promotional artistic renderings undertaken or completed within the Option Terms of this Agreement. Artist shall have the right to use artwork which has been mutually approved by G2 and Artist for the purpose of Merchandising.

  • Training Materials Training Materials will be provided for each student.   • Machine Readable Records At the request of the Master Servicer, the Servicer shall provide to the Master Servicer, in a mutually agreed machine readable format, the current names and mailing addresses of each Borrower. The Master Servicer shall utilize such information solely for audit purposes, or in the event the Servicer is terminated hereunder.

  • Source Code OEM acknowledges the extreme importance of the confidentiality and trade secret status of the RSA Source Code and OEM agrees, in addition to complying with the requirements of Section 6.1 as it relates to the RSA Source Code, to: (i) only use the RSA Source Code at the address set forth on page 1 hereof or such alternate location specified in the applicable License/Product Schedule; (ii) inform any employee that is granted access to all or any portion of the RSA Source Code of the importance of preserving the confidentiality and trade secret status of the RSA Source Code; and (iii) maintain a controlled, secure environment for the storage and use of the RSA Source Code.

  • Title Company Documents All affidavits, gap indemnity agreements and other documents reasonably required by the Title Company. At Buyer’s sole expense, Buyer shall have obtained an irrevocable commitment directly from the Title Company (or in the event the Title Company is not willing to issue said irrevocable commitment, then from such other national title company as may be selected by either Buyer or Seller) for issuance of an Owner’s Policy of Title Insurance to Buyer insuring good and marketable fee simple absolute title to the Real Property constituting part of the Property, subject only to the Permitted Exceptions in the amount of the Purchase Price.

  • Tooling Inventory that consists of tooling or replacement parts;
