Cyclone Procedures. The following shall apply when the Company stands down the Employee because of a cyclone (‘cyclone stand down’). An Employee shall be paid for his or her normal rostered shift during a cyclone stand down if: • At the commencement of the cyclone period the Employee reports for and remains at work until otherwise directed by the Company; and • Following the ‘all clear’ the Employee resumes duty in accordance with the Company’s direction; If the Employee had commenced an overtime shift, prior to the cyclone stand down, the Employee shall be paid what he or she would have earned on that shift but for the stand down. If the Employee, at any point during the cyclone stand down: • is required for work and is requested to do so by the Company; and • is not willing or available to work when so requested; the Employee is not entitled to payment for that day. If the Employee is required to remain at work, or is called out to work during a cyclone stand down, the Employee shall be paid for all time worked at their Base Hourly Rate in addition to the payments he or she would have received but for the cyclone. After the ‘all clear’ has been given, the Employee shall be notified by the Company of the time at which: • normal operations are to resume; and • the Employee is to resume work. If the Employee does not present for work at the time required by the Company, the Employee will not be entitled to be paid for that period. Where the cyclone has caused damage to the Company’s operations, and the Employee cannot be usefully employed, the Company may stand down the Employee without pay on the day following the resumption of the Company’s operations or on any subsequent day after the cyclone period. If the Employee’s mobilization to site is delayed because of cyclone conditions or associated with the cyclone conditions and the Employee remains available for mobilisation, the Employee shall continue to be paid Annual Base Salary. If the Employee is demobilized to their point of hire and is requested to hold themselves in readiness for mobilisation the Employee shall continue to be paid Annual Base Salary. The above provisions do not prevent the Company from terminating the employment of the Employee if the Company is unable to provide useful work as a result of a cyclone.

Classifications Appendix 1 Classifications - Mechanical trades ‘Storeman’ shall mean an Employee who carries out duties in a tool or materials store including the receiving, despatching, distributing, sorting, checking, documenting and recording of goods, materials and components which may involve the use of forklifts, hand trolleys and similar lifting equipment. ‘Basic Rigger/Scaffolder’ shall mean an Employee whose duties are of a scaffolder or rigger holding a ‘basic’ certificate of competency (i.e. not holding ‘intermediate or advanced certificate of competency).
