Certification of Compliance with the Energy Policy and Conservation Act When appropriate and to the extent consistent with the law, Vendor certifies that it will comply with the Energy Policy and Conservation Act (42 U.S.C. 6321 et seq; 49 C.F.R. Part 18) and any mandatory standards and policies relating to energy efficiency which are contained in applicable state energy conservation plans issued in compliance with the Act. Does Vendor agree? Cloud Computing State Risk and Authorization Management Program In accordance with Senate Bill 475, Acts 2021, 87th Leg., R.S., pursuant to Texas Government Code, Section 2054.0593, Contractor acknowledges and agrees that, if providing cloud computing services for System Agency, Contractor must comply with the requirements of the state risk and authorization management program and that System Agency may not enter or renew a contract with Contractor to purchase cloud computing services for the agency that are subject to the state risk and authorization management program unless Contractor demonstrates compliance with program requirements. If providing cloud computing services for System Agency that are subject to the state risk and authorization management program, Contractor certifies it will maintain program compliance and certification throughout the term of the Contract.
Compliance with Audit and Reporting Requirements; Maintenance of Records A. The Grantee shall submit to an audit of funds paid through this Grant Agreement and shall make all books, accounting records and other documents available at all reasonable times during the term of this Grant Agreement and for a period of three (3) years after final payment for inspection by the State or its authorized designee. OFFICE OF MANAGEMENT AND BUDGET (OMB) AUDIT REQUIREMENTS The parties shall comply with the requirements of the Single Audit Act of 1984, P.L. 98-502, ensuring that the single audit report includes the coverage stipulated in 2 CFR 200.
Subsidy Requests and Reporting Requirements 1. The Grantee or Management Company shall complete a CRF Subsidy Request Report - Recap of Tenant Income Certification, which provides a unit-by-unit listing of all units in the Development for whom assistance is being requested and gives detailed information including the occupants’ eligibility, set-aside requirements, amount of household rent paid, utility allowance and amount of CRF Rental Subsidy requested.
Compliance with Federal and State Work Authorization and Immigration Laws The Contractor and all subcontractors, suppliers and consultants must comply with all federal and state work authorization and immigration laws, and must certify compliance using the form set forth in Section 7 (“Georgia Security and Immigration Compliance Act Affidavits”). The required certificates must be filed with the Owner and copied maintained by the Contractor as of the beginning date of this contract and each subcontract, supplier contract, or consultant contract, and upon final payment to the subcontractor or consultant. State officials, including officials of the Georgia Department of Audits and Accounts, officials of the Owner, retain the right to inspect and audit the Project Site and employment records of the Contractor, subcontractors and consultants without notice during normal working hours until Final Completion, and as otherwise specified by law and by Rules and Regulations of the Georgia Department of Audits and Accounts.
Treatment of Passthru Payments and Gross Proceeds The Parties are committed to work together, along with Partner Jurisdictions, to develop a practical and effective alternative approach to achieve the policy objectives of foreign passthru payment and gross proceeds withholding that minimizes burden.
