Key Strategic Relationships. A decision of a Member Board to establish (whether by contract, joint venture or subsidiary entity), modify or terminate a “Key Strategic Relationship,” defined as the ownership of, or contractual participation in, a network, system, affiliation, joint venture, alliance, proprietary health plan product (e.g. a so-called “narrow network”) or similar arrangement entered into with an organization that is not a member in the System.

Key Strategic Relationships. A decision of the CMC Board or any CMCHS Subsidiary Board to establish (whether by contract, joint venture or subsidiary entity), modify or terminate a “Key Strategic Relationship,” defined as the ownership of, or contractual participation in, a network, system, affiliation, joint venture, alliance, proprietary health plan product (e.g. a so-called “narrow network”) or similar arrangement entered into with an organization that is not a member in the System, which action requires the approval only of the System Board unless after receipt of prior notice CMCHS determines that the proposed action may impact the Catholic identity of, or adherence to Catholic moral teaching, the ERDs and Canon Law by, CMC or the CMCHS Subsidiaries, in which case CMCHS’s approval also will be required.

  • EMPLOYMENT RELATIONSHIPS The ORGANIZATION, its employees, volunteers or agents performing under this Agreement are not deemed to be employees of the COUNTY, nor volunteers or agents of the COUNTY in any manner whatsoever. No officer, employee, volunteer or agent of the ORGANIZATION will hold themselves out as, or claim to be, an officer, employee, volunteer or agent of the COUNTY by reason hereof, nor will they make any claim, demand or application to or for any right or privilege applicable to an officer, employee volunteer or agent of the COUNTY.   • LABOUR MANAGEMENT RELATIONS 30.01 A Labour/Management Relations Committee shall be appointed, consisting of a maximum of two (2) Shop Stewards from the Union, and a maximum of two (2) representatives from the Co-operative.   • Media Relations 7.1 Elected officers or appointed committee chairpersons of the Union shall be allowed to speak or comment to the media while on duty provided they change into civilian clothes and provided further, that they do not purport to represent the views of the Department. The Chief's office shall be informed in advance, whenever possible, of such contact with the media. No member shall leave their duty or work station without specific prior approval of the Chief of the Department or authorized management official. Approval shall include consideration of the operating needs and work schedules of the Department or division to which the member is assigned.

  • Support Contacts For the Software Subscriptions, you may contact Red Hat through your designated Support Contacts. You may designate up to the number of contacts described in Table 2.8 below based on the number of Standard and Premium Software Subscriptions you have purchased (other than for Academic Edition Customers with Campus Wide Subscriptions*). We will provide Subscription Services to you solely by communicating during the Hours of Coverage with the individual Support Contact(s) you appoint.
