D2 Discrimination. D2.1 In delivering the Services, the Provider shall not unlawfully discriminate either directly or indirectly on such grounds as age, disability, gender reassignment, marriage and civil partnerships, pregnancy and maternity, race, religion or belief, sex or sexual orientation and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing the Provider shall not unlawfully discriminate within the meaning and scope of the Equality Xxx 0000 or other relevant or equivalent legislation, or any statutory modification or re-enactment thereof.
