Daily Inspection. The purpose of this training course is to familiarize you with the Boom Truck. Proper application of this training course will result in increased operating efficiency and safe operation of the Boom Truck. We will discuss the various job-site operations that should be continually considered and maintained during the course of the training session. INSTRUCTION TIME II. SUBJECT MATTER (CLASS ROOM) 1 hour 30 minutes A. General Information
Daily Inspection a. Verify Blue Light on U.V. Filter body is lit while Paratus is in operation.
Daily Inspection. A Daily Equipment Safety / Maintenance Checklist will be conducted by the operator before he/she begins operation of the equipment. Daily inspection will also be conducted to verify that the hoist is free of mechanical defects and / or safety deficiencies. The first person to operate the machine must visually inspect the machine prior to its operation. Any deficiencies observed with the equipment being inspected must be noted on the inspection form and corrected or repaired prior to operation. The following will be inspected as a minimum. • Inspections are required when in use other than daily mandated inspection. • Inspect all control mechanisms for maladjustment interfering with proper operation. • Inspect all control mechanisms for excessive wear of components and contamination by lubricants or other foreign matter. • Inspect all safety devices for malfunction. • Inspect all hydraulic hoses, and particularly those which flex in normal operation of crane functions, should be visually inspected. • Inspect crane hooks for deformations or cracks. Hooks with cracks, or having more than 15 percent in excess of normal throat opening, or more than 10-degree twist from the plane of the unbent hook must not be used. • Inspect rope reaving for compliance with crane manufacturer’s specifications. • Inspect electrical apparatus for malfunctioning, signs of excessive deterioration, dirt and moisture accumulation • Inspect tires for recommended inflation pressure.
Daily Inspection. The ESC measures shall be inspected daily by the property owner or designee and maintained as necessary to ensure proper functioning. All ESC measures requiring maintenance or repair shall be completed immediately.
Daily Inspection. The Renter or the Driver must conduct the necessary inspection and maintenance regulated by section 2 of Article 47 of the Road Transport Vehicle Law (Daily Inspection and Maintenance) during the period of use of the Rental Vehicle.

  • Site Inspection Where a site inspection is required by the Bid Specifications or Project Definition, Bidder shall be required to inspect the site, including environmental or other conditions for pre-existing deficiencies that may affect the installed Product, equipment, or environment or services to be provided and, which may affect Bidder’s ability to properly deliver, install or otherwise provide the required Product. All inquiries regarding such conditions shall be made in writing. Bidder shall be deemed to have knowledge of any deficiencies or conditions which such inspection or inquiry might have disclosed. Bidder must provide a detailed explanation with its Bid if additional work is required under this clause in order to properly complete the delivery and installation of the required Product or provide the requested service.

  • Records; Inspection Ciba, Chiron and Affiliates of Ciba and Chiron shall keep complete, true and accurate books of account and records for the purpose of determining the amounts payable under Articles 8, 9 and 10 and Focal shall keep complete, true and accurate records of Research performed by Focal hereunder, the Research Costs thereof, the activities of Focal pursuant to Article 8 and the costs thereof, and the Production Costs of all Products and components. Such books and records shall be kept at the principal place of business of Ciba, Chiron or Focal or the Affiliate of Ciba, Chiron, or Focal as the case may be, for at least three (3) years following the end of the calendar quarter to which they pertain. Such records will be open for inspection, during such three (3) year period by an independent certified public accountant selected by Focal for inspections conducted by Focal, or a representative selected by Ciba or Chiron with respect to inspections conducted by Ciba or Chiron, and reasonably acceptable to the audited party, such acceptance not be unreasonably withheld for the purpose of verifying the amounts payable by Ciba/Chiron pursuant to Articles 8, 9 and 1 0, the amounts of reimbursement payable under this Agreement with respect to Research Costs, under Article 8 or the amounts of Production Costs, or other matters reasonably necessary in connection with Research, process development or manufacturing records maintained by Focal, as applicable. Such inspections may be made no more than once each calendar year, during normal business hours, as mutually agreed by Focal and Ciba or Chiron. The inspecting accountant will be under confidentiality obligations to the audited party to report to Focal only the amounts payable to Focal hereunder with respect to Net Sales during the period in question, in the case of an audit by Focal, and such matters as are the subject of the audit, including, but not limited to, FTE calculation Research Costs and Production Costs in the case of an audit by Ciba or Chiron. Inspections conducted under this Section 10.5 shall be at the expense of the auditing party, unless a variation or error producing an underpayment in amounts payable exceeding five percent (5%) of the amount paid for any period covered by the inspection is established in the course of any such inspection, whereupon all costs relating to the inspection for such period and any unpaid amounts that are discovered will be paid by the audited party, together with interest on such unpaid amounts at the rate specified in Section 10.2 above.

  • Property Inspection The Servicer is required to inspect each Delinquent Mortgaged Property at such time and in such manner as is in accordance with Prudent Servicing Practices. The Servicer must prepare a Property Inspection Report following each inspection. All Property Inspection Reports must be retained by the Servicer and copies thereof must be forwarded to the Master Servicer promptly upon request. All expenses related to the foregoing shall be recoverable by the Servicer from the Principal or from Liquidation Proceeds, Insurance Proceeds, payments on the related Mortgage Loan or any other source relating to the related Mortgage Loan or the related Mortgaged Property. The foregoing shall not preclude the Servicer from recovering such expenses from the Borrower to the extent permitted by applicable law and the related Mortgage Loan Documents.

  • Final Inspection Contractor shall complete the list of items identified on the pre-final Punchlist prior to requesting a final inspection. Unless otherwise specified, or otherwise agreed in writing by the parties as documented on the Certificate of Substantial Completion, Contractor shall complete and/or correct all Work within thirty (30) days of the Substantial Completion date. Upon completion of the pre-final Punchlist work, Contractor shall give written notice to ODR and A/E that the Work will be ready for final inspection on a specific date. Contractor shall accompany this notice with a copy of the updated pre-final Punchlist indicating resolution of all items. On the date specified or as soon thereafter as is practicable, ODR, A/E and Contractor will inspect the Work. A/E will submit to Contractor a final Punchlist of open items that the inspection team requires corrected or completed before final acceptance of the Work.

  • Audit and Inspection 9.1 The Recipient, without charge, will permit any officer or officers of the Commissioner, external auditing bodies (i.e. National Audit Office or Audit Commission) or their nominees, to visit its premises and/or inspect any of its activities and/or to examine and take copies of the Recipient’s books of account and such other documents or records as in such officers' view may relate to the use of Grant. In addition, examinations may be carried out into the economy, efficiency and effectiveness with which the Grant has been used. The Commissioner shall endeavour, but is not obliged, to provide due notice of his/her intent to conduct an audit.
