Moisture Accumulation Clause Samples

The MOISTURE ACCUMULATION clause defines the responsibilities and procedures related to the presence or buildup of moisture within a property or construction project. Typically, this clause outlines the steps parties must take to prevent, detect, and address moisture issues, such as regular inspections, maintenance requirements, or prompt notification if moisture is discovered. Its core function is to allocate responsibility for moisture-related problems, thereby minimizing the risk of property damage, mold growth, or disputes over liability.
