MOISTURE ACCUMULATION. Tenant shall remove any visible moisture accumulation in or on the Premises, including but not limited to, walls, windows, floors, ceilings and bathroom fixtures; mop up spills and thoroughly dry affected area as soon as possible after occurrence. (Note: Mold can grow on damp surfaces within 24-48 hours.)

MOISTURE ACCUMULATION. Resident shall remove any visible moisture accumulation in or on the Leased Premises, mop up spills and thoroughly dry affected areas as soon as possible after occurrence; and use exhaust fans in kitchen and bathroom(s) when necessary.
MOISTURE ACCUMULATION. To minimize the occurrence and growth of mold, Tenants are required to remove any visible moisture accumulation or discoloration in or on the Premises including on walls, windows, floors, ceilings, and bathroom fixtures. Spills are to be thoroughly dried as soon as possible after occurrence. Bathroom and kitchen exhaust fan use is required. Tenants are required to promptly notify Landlord in writing of the presence of any water leak, excessive moisture, standing water inside the apartment or any community common area, surface discoloration in or on the apartment that persists after Tenant has tried unsuccessfully to remove it with household cleaning solution such as Tilex Mildew Remover, Lysol, or a water/bleach solution or a malfunction in any part of the heating, air-conditioning, or ventilation system in the apartment. Tenant shall supply and use a shower curtain, and Tenant is responsible for damage from leaking or standing water from lack of use of such curtain.
MOISTURE ACCUMULATION. Leaseholder shall: (a) immediately remove any and all visible moisture accumulation in the Apartment, including but not limited to walls, floors, ceiling, windows, bathroom fixtures, kitchen fixtures, drains, water lines, and sewer lines; (b) immediately clean all spills and leaks, and dry the affected area; (c) use exhaust fans in kitchen when cooking; (d) use exhaust fans in the bathroom when running water; and (d) keep the temperature and humidity in the Apartment at reasonable levels. Leaseholder shall immediately notify The University of any water leak, mold growth, excessive moisture, or standing water in the Apartment or in any community area of the Property. Leaseholder shall immediately notify the University of any malfunction of any part of the heating, air conditioning, or ventilation system in the Apartment.

MOISTURE ACCUMULATION. Resident shall remove any visible moisture accumulation in or on the Leased Premises, including on windows, walls, floors, ceilings, bathroom fixtures and other surfaces as soon as reasonably possible including keeping the entire interior window area clean and dry such as the sill, glass, return, frame, head and mullions. Resident shall mop up spills and thoroughly dry affected area as soon as possible after occurrence. Resident agrees to turn on any exhaust fans in the bathroom and kitchen before showering or cooking with open pots. Resident agrees to keep blinds 1 to 2 inches above the windowsill to allow air circulation behind blinds and use ceiling fans, if present. Resident shall keep climate and moisture in the Leased Premises at reasonable levels.
MOISTURE ACCUMULATION. Tenant(s) shall remove any visible moisture accumulation in or on the Dwelling Unit, including on walls, windows, floors, ceilings, and bathroom fixtures; mop up spills and thoroughly dry affected areas as soon as possible after the occurrence; use exhaust fans in kitchen and bathroom when running water; and keep climate and moisture in the Dwelling Unit at reasonable levels. When showering, the shower curtain should be kept completely within the tub, or the shower doors should be fully closed. It is also recommended that, after a bath or shower, that Tenant(s) (1) wipe the moisture off of shower walls, doors, the bathtub, and the bathroom floor; (2) leave the bathroom door open until all moisture on mirrors, walls, or tile surfaces has dissipated; and (3) hang up towels and bath mats until they are fully dry.
