Daily Quantity Transmitted quantity of energy, expressed in MWh (GCV), considered to be transmitted on a given Day on a given Link or on the regional transmission network to a given Delivery Point, pursuant to the terms of the Contract; this quantity is determined in accordance with the provisions of the Clause entitled “Determination of quantities” in Sections B and C. Day: period of twenty-three (23), twenty-four (24) or twenty-five (25) consecutive Hours, starting at six a.m. (06:00) (CET) on a given day and ending at six a.m. (06:00) the next day. The date of the Day is the date when the Day begins.

  • Delivery Point (a) All Energy shall be Delivered hereunder by Seller to Buyer at the Delivery Point. Seller shall be responsible for the costs of delivering its Energy to the Delivery Point consistent with all standards and requirements set forth by the FERC, ISO-NE, the Interconnecting Utility and any other applicable Governmental Entity and any applicable tariff.

  • Contract Quantity The Contract Quantity during each Contract Year is the amount set forth in the applicable Contract Year in Section D of the Cover Sheet (“Delivery Term Contract Quantity Schedule”), which amount is inclusive of outages.

  • MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY The State makes no commitment to purchase any minimum or maximum quantity, or dollar volume of products from the selected suppliers. Such agreement may include an equitable price adjustment.
