Clean underside rims of urinals and toilet bowls. · Wash both sides of toilet seats with soap and water and disinfect. · Empty, clean, sanitize and polish all paper dispensers, replacing liners as necessary. · Clean and polish all mirrors. · Dust ledges and baseboards. · Damp wipe, polish and shine all chrome, metal fixtures, hand plates, kick plates, utility covers, plumbing, clean out covers and doorknobs. · Spot clean with disinfectant all partition and tile walls. (Report any graffiti and remove if possible). Elevators Cleaning Requirements (Where applicable) · Fill all soap, paper towel, toilet paper and sanitary napkin dispensers as necessary. · Report all burned out lights, leaking faucets, running plumbing or other maintenance needs. · Pour clean water down floor drains to prevent sewer gasses from escaping. · Wash down ceramic tile floors and partitions inside and out and disinfect. (Report any graffiti and clean if possible). · Wash down all enamel walls. · Dust ledges and baseboards. · Scrub and wax tile floors · Strip and wax tile floors. Stairwells (Where applicable)

Tile floors swept and/or dust mopped. 6. Carpeted floors spot cleaned and vacuumed in traffic areas - fully vacuumed if required. 7. Doors and light switches spot cleaned to remove smudges and fingermarks. 8. Fingermarks cleaned from both sides of glass doors. 9. All lights turned out and all doors locked upon leaving each day. 10. Drapes and louvers left in a closed position unless specified by Owner.

  • Contract Year A twelve (12) month period during the term of the Agreement commencing on the Effective Date and each anniversary thereof.

  • EPP service availability Refers to the ability of the TLD EPP servers as a group, to respond to commands from the Registry accredited Registrars, who already have credentials to the servers. The response shall include appropriate data from the Registry System. An EPP command with “EPP command RTT” 5 times higher than the corresponding SLR will be considered as unanswered. If 51% or more of the EPP testing probes see the EPP service as unavailable during a given time, the EPP service will be considered unavailable.

  • Contract Quarterly Sales Reports The Contractor shall submit complete Quarterly Sales Reports to the Department’s Contract Manager within 30 calendar days after the close of each State fiscal quarter (the State’s fiscal quarters close on September 30, December 31, March 31, and June 30). Reports must be submitted in MS Excel using the DMS Quarterly Sales Report Format, which can be accessed at xxxxx://xxx.xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx/business_operations/ state_purchasing/vendor_resources/quarterly_sales_report_format. Initiation and submission of the most recent version of the Quarterly Sales Report posted on the DMS website is the responsibility of the Contractor without prompting or notification from the Department’s Contract Manager. If no orders are received during the quarter, the Contractor must email the DMS Contract Manager confirming there was no activity.

  • Service Availability You understand that Service availability is at all times conditioned upon the corresponding operation and availability of the communication systems used in communicating your instructions and requests to the Credit Union. We will not be liable or have any responsibility of any kind for any loss or damage thereby incurred by you in the event of any failure or interruption of such communication systems or services resulting from the act or omission of any third party, or from any other cause not reasonably within the control of the Credit Union.

  • Maintenance Period During the Maintenance Period the Developer shall at its own expense maintain repair and otherwise keep the Works in good working order and repair to the reasonable satisfaction of xxx Xxxxxxxxxx unless xxx Xxxxxxxxxx shall declare that any required maintenance and/or repair is an emergency in which case the Developer shall carry out the said maintenance and/or repair immediately
