Floor Drains. A minimum 0.75” ID, marine/commercial quality stainless steel floor drain shall be installed aft of all four wheel housings and as close to the wall as practical. The drains shall be routed to dump aft of the splash aprons. The drains, by design, shall not allow moisture or dust to enter the vehicle from the exterior. The purpose of the drain is to allow for rapid drainage of interior cleaning water. The drain design and installation locations require approval during pre- production meetings with the contractor.
