Common use of Daily Transmissions Clause in Contracts

Daily Transmissions. Planet Payment shall transmit for clearing all authorization Transactions submitted by Merchant, under the proper ICAAs and/or BINs before the established Card Association daily deadline on Banking Days in accordance with the timing chart attached to this Schedule 2 as Exhibit A (“Timing Chart”), subject to timely receipt of the required Transaction data from the Merchant.

Daily Transmissions. Planet Payment shall transmit for clearing all authorization data and Transactions submitted by MerchantMerchants, under in mutually agreed file formats to Acquirer for clearing and settlement with the proper ICAAs and/or BINs before the established applicable Card Association daily deadline on Banking Days Associations in accordance with the timing chart attached which will be agreed by the parties and contained in the project implementation plan for the Designated Territory prior to this Schedule 2 as Exhibit A commencement of Transaction processing hereunder (“Timing Chart”), subject to timely receipt of the required Transaction data from the Merchant.
