Daily Turnaround (Regular Work Day. (a) There shall be a ten (10) hour rest period between the end of one shift and the beginning of the next. (b) If such rest period is encroached, the Employee shall be paid for the encroached time at the same rate the Employee was receiving at the end of the preceding shift, but in no event less than one and one-half (1.5) times the Employee’s straight time contracted hourly rate.
