DAMAGE TO EXISTING IMPROVEMENTS NOT TO BE DISTURBED. The Contractor shall be responsible for the replacement of all items damaged outside the construction limits or not noted to be removed or adjusted. Any area beyond the temporary construction easement that is disturbed shall be sodded at contractor’s sole expense. There is no direct payment for this work; it shall be subsidiary to the bid items.
