Common use of Damaged Personal Equipment Clause in Contracts

Damaged Personal Equipment. Any employee who, during the course of their employment shall incur any damage to their clothing or personal property, shall be reimbursed up to 100% unless it is established that the loss or notification of the loss or damage was caused by neglect of the employee. The City Manager, or their designee, will investigate the incident and make final determination as to the City being involved or if the loss or damage is the fault of the employee.
