Common use of Damages - Personal Property Clause in Contracts

Damages - Personal Property. The Employer agrees to repair or replace as necessary an officer's eyeglasses, contact lenses, prescription sunglasses up to a value of $150.00 and watches up to a value of $50.00, or other items of personal equipment if such are damaged or broken, if during the course of the Employee's duties the Employee is required to exert physical force or is attacked by another person. Incident to be documented with immediate supervisor outside the bargaining unit. Employee shall provide receipts prior to reimbursement.
