Danish law. Any legal disputes with customers will be settled in ac- cordance with Danish law and before the courts of law in Denmark.

Danish law. Notwithstanding Clause 5.1 (Governing Law) above, Clause 2.1 (Danish Law Security Confirmation) above and this Clause 5.2 and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of Denmark.

Any dispute as to the interpretation of the agreement or the compliance and enforcement of the terms can exclusively be referred to Danish court of law, at sel- ler’s jurisdiction, in accordance with Danish venue regulations. The international sale of goods act does not apply.
