Danish law. Any legal disputes with customers will be settled in ac- cordance with Danish law and before the courts of law in Denmark.
Danish law. 14.1.1 This Agreement, and any non-contractual rights or obligations arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Danish law.
Danish law. The Order, T&Cs and any other agreement between the Parties shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Danish law except its rules on choice of law and CISG.
Danish law including The Danish Sale of Goods Act, applies to this agreement, as far as the state of the law has not been determined in the agreement text or in these terms of sale and delivery. Any dispute as to the interpretation of the agreement or the compliance and enforcement of the terms can exclusively be referred to Danish court of law, at sel- ler’s jurisdiction, in accordance with Danish venue regulations. The international sale of goods act does not apply.
Danish law. The Customer undertakes to adhere to Danish law. The Customer is responsible for all action taken through The Products.
Danish law. In case any disagreement arises between the parties in connection with this agreement, either of the parties is entitled to demand that such disagreement be decided by the Copenhagen City Court as the court of first instance.
Danish law. Notwithstanding Clause 5.1 (Governing Law) above, Clause 2.1 (Danish Law Security Confirmation) above and this Clause 5.2 and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of Denmark.
