Disputes with Customers. Except as set forth on Schedule 2.22 of the GHH Disclosure Schedule, there are no pending or, to GHH’s knowledge, threatened disputes between GHH and any of its material vendors, suppliers, customers or other parties outside of the ordinary course of business or that in any way relate to the operation of the business of GHH and which can reasonably be expected to have, individually or in the aggregate, a Material Adverse Effect on GHH.
Disputes with Customers. You must ensure that the Customer understands that you are responsible for the transaction, for any related customer service, dispute resolution, and performance of the terms and conditions of the transaction. All Disputes between you and any Customer relating to any transaction will be settled between you and the Customer. Neither NPC nor the Electronic Check Provider bears any responsibility for such transactions. You shall not require a Customer to waive his or her rights to dispute the transaction as a condition of the sale.

Disputes with Customers. 1. The Customer will cooperate with LIVEZY if LIVEZY attempts to facilitate the resolution of any Customer dispute or complaint between the Customer and a vendor in relation to a product or Service Request.
