Data Collection and Problem Notification. Data collection is carried out by the credentialed evaluator and/or supervisor. This data collection is accomplished primarily through classroom observation, informal observation/walkthroughs, acquisition of evidence that informs the components on the Evaluation Rubric, and information supplied by the unit member. No data will be collected via audio or video recording for evaluation purposes. If a problem with performance is noted the unit member will be informed of the problem not later than the next conference with his/her evaluator following an observation.
