Data Impact Assessment. In the event that Customer reasonably determines that any processing activity related to Prosperoware's processing of Personal Data is likely to result in high risk to the rights and freedoms of a data subject, Prosperoware shall reasonably cooperate, at Customer’s expense, in Customer’s conducting a data protection impact assessment of such processing activity to enable customer to fulfill its duties under GDPR, with such impact assessment to be conducted in a manner so as not to interfere with Prosperoware business operations. Prosperoware will reasonably cooperate in such impact assessment to extent information is available to Prosperoware and provided Customer does not otherwise have access to the information.

Data Impact Assessment. Qrator shall provide Customer with reasonable assistance with data protection impact assessments or prior consultations with data protection authorities that Customer is required to carry out under Data Protection Laws. Any such assistance shall be as agreed between the Parties and subject to a mutually accepted fee.
