Xxxx collected will be stored in an appropriate secure database, and managed using appropriate methods, including the documented use of a database schema, field validation, missing data checks, backup procedures, and security procedures including data access. Where data are stored in an existing database (i.e. not a database produced as part of this contract), the Contractor will demonstrate the same standards. 3.3.2. The data collected are at site level. Data will be stored in accordance with the relevant laws, including adherence to the Data Protection Act (1998) and adherence to relevant EU legislation. Data will not be passed outside the European Union unless specifically agreed in writing between the parties. 3.3.3. If any personal data are handled, the Contractor will ensure they are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office, and supply their registration number. 3.3.4. The use of IT systems will be appropriate to the needs of this project. Where any IT software tools are used to share data or analysis with DCLG (e.g. via the web), the necessary training and guidance should be provided.

Borrower shall not initiate, join in, acquiesce in, or consent to any change in any private restrictive covenant, zoning law or other public or private restriction, limiting or defining the uses which may be made of the Property or any part thereof, provided, that Borrower shall be permitted to enter into easement agreements or grant rights of way so long as such agreements or grants do not reduce the value of the Property or impair its use, and so long as Borrower has delivered to Lender a title endorsement satisfactory to Lender with respect to such agreements and/or rights of way. If under applicable zoning provisions the use of all or any portion of the Property is or shall become a nonconforming use, Borrower will not cause or permit the nonconforming use to be discontinued or the nonconforming Improvement to be abandoned without the express written consent of Lender.

  • Right to Refuse Unsafe Work Employees have the right to refuse to perform unsafe work pursuant to the Occupational Health and Safety Regulations of the Workers Compensation Act.
