Data Mining and Analysis Specialist means a person who is responsible for ensuring the program maintains a focus on outcomes, by reviewing outcomes, and analyzing data as well as working on strategies for gathering new data from the Clients’ perspective which will improve understanding of Clients’ needs and desires towards furthering their Recovery. This individual will provide feedback to the program and work collaboratively with the employment specialist, education specialist, benefits specialist, and other staff in the program in strategizing improved outcomes in these areas. This position is responsible for attending all data and outcome related meetings and ensuring that program is being proactive in all data collection requirements and changes at the local and state level.
