Data Records. Owner agrees to make available to Manager all data, records, and documents pertaining to the Property which the Manager may require to properly perform its duties hereunder. This includes but is not limited to existing leases, rental agreements, amendments and correspondence related to, the status of rental payments, mortgage loan information and payments instructions, copies of service contracts in effect, and all applicable insurance policies. If the Property has been previously managed by another agent, Owner is required to provide all information related to the Property before the Commencement Date and warrants that such information is accurate.
