The Operator Requirements clause sets out the qualifications, standards, and obligations that an operator must meet to perform their duties under the agreement. OPERATOR REQUIREMENTS. The specifications/requirements included in this RFP outline a performance requirement that the Selected Proposer will be expected to achieve using the “industry best practices” approach as outlined in the proposal. Proposers are encouraged to submit leading edge concepts that they believe will accomplish the goals to include:
a. Install reliable and efficient technology to control ingress and egress; accurately and efficiently manage and control revenue; and streamline the processing of customers. This will include daily deposits of all revenues to HCDA’s designated bank account with supporting detailed documentation provided to HCDA daily within twenty-four (24) hours of deposit and monthly summary reports. Monthly documentation will be provided to HCDA by the 10th of each month for the previous month’s activity.
b. Improve customer ingress and egress flow and time and provide reliable real-time customer service in the event of disruptions.
c. Rely heavily on a credit card-based transaction processing system with an in-terminal alternative for cash customers.
d. Minimize reliance on traditional labor to accomplish traditional daily functions while providing daily management presence for oversight, inspection, customer interface as required, providing complimentary customer services as required by HCDA, and coordination with HCDA management.
e. Minimize operating costs to increase net revenue to ACV.
f. Coordinate on behalf of HCDA, short term repairs to existing equipment during the period from when the new contract commences and the existing lot is shut down for reconstruction and to provide reliable and efficient systems that improve customer experiences; identify new equipment and/or software to operate the proposed system; coordinate purchase on behalf of HCDA ordering, delivery, and installation on behalf of equipment and software; and achieve maximum efficiency through use of technology versus traditional on-site labor.
g. Manage and account for all non-revenue transactions and allow only those authorized by the Director of Aviation, or designee, and account for all transactions to prevent loss of revenue.
h. Provide ACV maximum flexibility for management control in meeting the public’s parking needs and provide courteous and consistent management of the public parking facilities.

(1) All necessary professional equipment, including installation to perform the function of the food and beverage area, including, but not limited to, beverage equipment, coolers, and glass display cases;
(2) Tables and chairs for the seating area beyond that already provided by library if necessary. Library must approve aesthetics and design;
(3) Hot water via Insta-Hot equipment;
(4) Final utility connections;
(5) Additional utility services, professional fees, and installation for such needs beyond that provided by the Library; and

OPERATOR REQUIREMENTS. Permittee shall provide the following information to the Authority upon execution of this Permit and prior to operating, and shall update such information as necessary to keep it current:
a. Copies of appropriate operating and business authorizations, licenses, and/or certificates as required by the Authority from time to time or by federal, state, or local laws;
b. A description of activities to be conducted by Permittee on the Airport; and
c. Copies of all certificates of insurance for policies that Permittee is required to obtain under this Permit.
OPERATOR REQUIREMENTS. Due to the customized high-technology of this System, it is imperative that all users of the System (“operators”) adopt and practice TDI- operating procedures to properly function. To ensure effective production, all equipment operators must
(a) be properly trained by TDI-authorized personnel and (b) adhere at all times to the prescribed procedures set forth in the various Operation, Maintenance and System Manuals. All System Performance Specifications and Guarantees are conditioned upon the adherence of all operators to the above-mentioned requirements. By way of example without limitation, all operators must be capable of performing all equipment adjustments and product set-up procedures in accordance with the applicable Operation, Maintenance and System Manuals, and trained to properly load product into the feeder magazines, perform feeder parametric settings and to properly adjust photoeyes and holding apparatuses, software.
OPERATOR REQUIREMENTS. 1. The Operator acknowledges that to enter into this contract it is necessary to be in possession of the requirements set out in annex 2, which should be self-certified according to the Presidential Decree 445/2000 as per facsimile shown in the same annex prior to the conclusion. These requirements must be possessed for the entire duration of the contract.
2. InfoCamere, during the contract, is entitled to perform sample verifications to show possession of the requirements declared by the Operator who, in every case, is obliged to communicate any type of variation to InfoCamere. The absence, including unforeseeable, of one or more of the necessary requirements shall result in the termination of this contract according to art. 1456 of the civil code.
3. The possession and the maintenance of the economic-financial guarantees set out at art. 15 are also required to enter into and continue the contract.
