Day Employees. (i) It may become necessary to establish regular work periods, lunch periods, and/or days off which do not conform with Article 10.03. Every effort will be made to keep these to a minimum and also every effort will be made to retain consecutive days off. The introduction of such new work periods will be discussed with the Union as far in advance as is practicable and any dispute may be the subject of a grievance.
