Day Rate. Under this Agreement Contractor will be entitled to an applicable day rate at all times from the time of commencement of operations (as per Clause 1.1) till the expiry of the charter hire period as per Clause 1.2, except where otherwise provided for in this Agreement DAY Shall mean a calendar day of twenty four (24) consecutive hours beginning at 0000 hours with reference to local time at the site.
