De-legation Criteria and Standards. Blue Shield has developed and adopted delegation criteria and standards for performance of delegated activities for the delegation of utilization management, medical record audits, credentialing, professional site reviews, and claims processing. These criteria and standards as set forth in the Provider Manual and this Exhibit F, may be modified from time to time by Blue Shield. Group warrants to Blue Shield that it meets the criteria for the activities, and is willing to, and capable of, performing such delegated activities in full compliance with the standards. Group shall promptly notify Blue Shield in writing, within no less than seven (7) business days, in the event it ceases, in whole or in part, to meet such criteria.

  • Design Criteria and Standards All Projects/Services shall be performed in accordance with instructions, criteria and standards set forth by the Director.

  • Specifications and Standards a) All articles supplied shall strictly conform to the specifications, trademark laid down in the bidding document and wherever articles have been required according to ISI/ ISO/ other applicable specifications/ certifications/ standards, those articles should conform strictly to those specifications/ certifications/ standards. The supply shall be of best quality and description. The decision of the competent authority/ purchase committee whether the articles supplied conforms to the specifications shall be final and binding on the supplier/ selected bidder.

  • Compliance with Accessibility Standards All parties to this Agreement shall ensure that the plans for and the construction of all projects subject to this Agreement are in compliance with standards issued or approved by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) as meeting or consistent with minimum accessibility requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act (P.L. 101-336) (ADA).

  • Screening Requirements Practitioner shall ensure that all prospective and current Covered Persons are not Ineligible Persons, by implementing the following screening requirements. a. Practitioner shall screen all prospective Covered Persons against the Exclusion List prior to engaging their services and, as part of the hiring or contracting process, shall require such Covered Persons to disclose whether they are Ineligible Persons.‌ b. Practitioner shall screen all current Covered Persons against the Exclusion List within 30 days after the Effective Date and on a monthly basis thereafter.‌ c. Practitioner shall require all Covered Persons to disclose immediately if they become an Ineligible Person.‌ Practitioner shall maintain documentation in order to demonstrate that Practitioner: (1) has checked the Exclusion List (i.e., a print screen of the search results) and determined that its Covered Persons are not Ineligible Persons; and (2) has required its Covered Persons to disclose if they are an Ineligible Person. Nothing in this Section III.D affects Practitioner’s responsibility to refrain from (and liability for) billing Federal health care programs for items or services furnished, ordered, or prescribed by an excluded person. Practitioner understands that items or services furnished by excluded persons are not payable by Federal health care programs and that Practitioner may be liable for overpayments and/or criminal, civil, and administrative sanctions for employing or contracting with an excluded person regardless of whether Practitioner meets the requirements of Section III.D.

  • Human and Financial Resources to Implement Safeguards Requirements The Borrower shall make available necessary budgetary and human resources to fully implement the EMP and the RP.

  • Policies, Guidelines, Directives and Standards Either the Funder or the Ministry will give the HSP Notice of any amendments to the manuals, guidelines or policies identified in Schedule C. An amendment will be effective in accordance with the terms of the amendment. By signing a copy of this Agreement the HSP acknowledges that it has a copy of the documents identified in Schedule C.

  • Child Abuse Reporting Requirements A. Grantees shall comply with child abuse and neglect reporting requirements in Texas Family Code Chapter 261. This section is in addition to and does not supersede any other legal obligation of the Grantee to report child abuse. B. Grantee shall use the Texas Abuse Hotline Website located at xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/Login/Default.aspx as required by the System Agency. Grantee shall retain reporting documentation on site and make it available for inspection by the System Agency.

  • General Criteria (a) If general criteria are required as part of the Application, only one (1) set shall be completed. General criteria measure the quality of the Land Manager’s overall OHV program. The Applicants shall answer these questions with respect to the entirety of the OHV operation, including all trails and areas available for OHV Recreation, not just specific Projects or Project Areas. (b) General criteria include, but are not limited to, the following: (1) OHV Opportunity and services provided, (2) Agency contribution to the overall cost of managing and delivering the OHV Opportunity, (3) Management of natural and Cultural Resources, (4) Effective education of rules/regulations, and (5) Past performance in completing and administering Xxxxx funded Projects. (c) Non-land manager Applicants required to complete the general criteria shall cooperate with the Land Manager(s) to obtain the information necessary to complete the general criteria section of the Application.   • Credentialing Requirements Registry Operator, through the facilitation of the CZDA Provider, will request each user to provide it with information sufficient to correctly identify and locate the user. Such user information will include, without limitation, company name, contact name, address, telephone number, facsimile number, email address and IP address.

  • Training Requirements Grantee shall: A. Authorize and require staff (including volunteers) to attend training, conferences, and meetings as directed by DSHS; B. Appropriately budget funds in order to meet training requirements in a timely manner, and ensure that staff and volunteers are trained as specified in the training requirements listed at xxxxx://xxx.xxxx.xxxxx.xxx/hivstd/training/ and as otherwise specified by DSHS. Grantee shall document that these training requirements are met; and C. Ensure that staff hired for HIV and syphilis testing are trained to perform blood draws within three (3) months of employment.
