Deadline for Applications. Applications for sabbatical leave for the following school year must be filed with the Human Resources Office on or before March 15th for leaves to commence the fall semester and on/or before November 1st for the spring semester. Applications shall be made by a Letter of Request through the immediate supervisor to the Assistant Superintendent, Human Resources, and shall include a full statement of the purpose and plans for use of such a leave. In unusual circumstances, the Board of Trustees may authorize acceptance of applications at other times.
