Dealer Training Support. (a) SCUSA shall develop, in cooperation with Chrysler, and implement a comprehensive Dealer training program designed to effectively and efficiently train Dealers in the adoption and optimization of the Financing Services, including Credit Applications, contracts for Retail Financing and Lease Financing, working capital, inventory and cash management by Dealers, Retail Ancillary Services and Remarketing.
