DEATH OR BANKRUPTCY. If the Cardmember is deceased AEME will cancel the Card and request the payment of the total amounts outstanding immediately through all available means. If the Cardmember is adjudicated bankrupt or insolvent AEME may at its ultimate discretion cancel and withdraw the Card or any Supplementary Cards or limit and restrict the use of such Cards in addition to any other rights which might be legally available for AEME in these circumstances. AEME may cancel and terminate all credit facilities and request the Cardmember or the Supplementary Cardmember to immediately pay the total amount outstanding on his or her Card Account even if such amounts were previously deferred.

DEATH OR BANKRUPTCY. On your death or bankruptcy, your obligations shall remain in full force and effect until such a time as they shall be duly satisfied.
DEATH OR BANKRUPTCY a. In the unfortunate event of Your death, We shall have the right to ask Your legal heirs to pay amounts due on Your Account immediately
b. In case of Your bankruptcy, all amounts due on Your Account shall become payable immediately
c. If You lose or give up Your residency status in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia or leave the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia permanently, We have the right to cancel Your Card and close Your Account
DEATH OR BANKRUPTCY a. In the unfortunate event of a Cardmember’s death, We shall have the right to immediately cancel the Cardmember’s card. Any outstanding dues related to the Cardmember will be settled by the Company.
b. In case of the Company’s bankruptcy, all amounts due on the Account shall become payable immediately.
DEATH OR BANKRUPTCY. On the Cardholder's death or bankruptcy, the Cardholder's obligations will remain in full force and effect until such time as they are duly satisfied. The Card and any additional Card may no longer be used and must be returned to the Issuer immediately cut in two. Before entering into this agreement the Issuer may search the Cardholder's records at credit reference agencies. They will add to their record about the Cardholder details of the Issuer's search, which will be seen by other organisations making searches. Details about the Cardholder and the Cardholder's payment record under this agreement will be used to help make credit, credit related and insurance related decisions about the Cardholder and members of the Cardholder's household and occasionally for fraud prevention or to trace debtors. The Issuer may give information about the Cardholder and the Cardholder's payment record under this agreement to credit reference agencies, debt collecting agents and any proposed assignee, transferee or chargee of this agreement or of our interest in this agreement, their insurers or advisers. The Cardholder can contact the Issuer for details of the credit reference agencies used by the Issuer. The Cardholder has a legal right to these details and can receive a copy of the information held about the Cardholder on payment of a fee.
DEATH OR BANKRUPTCY a. In the unfortunate event of the death of the Cardmember and in the case of an Individually Billed and Individually Settled Account, We shall have the right to ask the Cardmember legal heirs to pay amounts due on the Account immediately
b. In case of the Cardmember or the Company bankruptcy, all amounts due on the Account shall become payable immediately
c. If the Cardmember loses or gives up his/her residency status in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, to the extent applicable, or leaves the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia permanently, We have the right to cancel the Card and close the Account.
DEATH OR BANKRUPTCY. This Agreement and the Pooling Arrangement shall have full force and effect upon the heirs and assignees of each Shareholder as if they were a party to this Agreement as of the date hereof.

DEATH OR BANKRUPTCY. Upon the death or bankruptcy of Xx. Xxxx, the assignee of the shares shall receive said shares, subject to and shall be bound by, the terms and provisions of this Agreement. Such assignee may be required by the Issuer to execute a joinder to this Agreement as a condition to assigning said shares on the books and records of the Issuer and its Transfer Agent.
