The Debentureholder Lists clause establishes the requirement for maintaining and providing up-to-date records of all individuals or entities holding debentures issued by a company. Debentureholder Lists. The Trustee shall preserve in as current a form as is reasonably practicable the most recent list available to it of the names and addresses of Debentureholders. If the Trustee is not the Registrar, the Company shall cause to be furnished to the Trustee on or before the Record Date for each Interest Payment Date and at such other times as the Trustee may request in writing, within five Business Days of such request, a list, in such form as the Trustee may reasonably require of the names and addresses of Debentureholders.

The Company shall cause to be kept at the Corporate Trust Office of the Trustee a register (the register maintained in such office and in any other office or agency designated pursuant to this Section 2.5 being herein sometimes collectively referred to as the "Debenture Register") in which, subject to such reasonable regulations as it may prescribe, the Company shall provide for the registration, transfer and exchange of Debentures. The Registrar shall preserve in the Debenture Register, in as current a form as is reasonably practicable, the most recent list available to the Registrar of the names and addresses of Holders. If the Trustee is not the Registrar, the Company shall furnish to the Trustee on or before the third Business Day after the record date to which such interest payment relates and at such other times as the Trustee may request in writing a list in such form and as of such date as the Trustee reasonably may require of the names, addresses and tax identification numbers of Holders.
