Shareholder List means an alphabetical list of names, addresses and business telephone numbers of the Shareholders of the Company along with the number of equity shares held by each of them.

  • The Board of Directors shall cause the Membership List and the Shareholder List to be updated to reflect changes in the Members and Shareholders accomplished in accordance with this Agreement, which updates shall not constitute an amendment to this Agreement or any Series Agreement.
