The Board of Trustees may, in its discretion, satisfy its obligation under this Section 5 by either making available the Shareholder List to such Shareholders at the principal offices of the Trust, or at the offices of the Trust's transfer agent, during regular business hours, or by mailing a copy of such Shareholders' proposed communication and form of request, at their expense, to all other Shareholders.
