Common use of Decision and Fee Clause in Contracts

Decision and Fee. The decision of the arbitrator, within the limits prescribed in this Article VI, shall be binding on all parties to the grievance, including the City, the Chapter and the aggrieved employee. The fee and expenses of the arbitrator shall be borne equally by the City and the Chapter; provided, however, that each party shall be responsible for compensating its own representatives and witnesses.
