Common use of Decision of the Board Clause in Contracts

Decision of the Board. The decision of the Board of Arbitration shall be final and binding on all Parties, but in no event shall the Board of Arbitration have the power to alter, modify or amend this Agreement in any respect. Should the Parties disagree as to the meaning of the decision, either Party may apply to the Chairperson of the Board to reconvene the Board of Arbitration to clarify the decision, which it shall do within three (3) days.
