Decisions of the Appeal Committee. 20.D.4.1 The decision of the appeal committee, together with a written statement of its reasons including dissenting or minority opinions, shall be delivered by the chairperson of the appeal committee to the Member and to the President within forty (40) working days of receiving the Member's statement of appeal. At the same time, the President shall also be given the written statement of appeal.
