Deck Officers Allowance a. The Staff Captain receives a monthly allowance of € 126,12 b. With reference to vessels transporting vehicles (passenger and trucks), the Staff Captain and the Deck Officer who specifically deal with parking issues receive a monthly allowance equivalent to eleven (11%) of their wage, according to article 2 par. 1. The same allowance is paid to the Xxxxxx, provided that he performs checks on the vehicles.

(b) An employee shall be paid an allowance under this clause and under clause 17.05 for a combined period of no more than the number of weeks during which the employee would have been eligible for parental, paternity or adoption benefits under the Employment Insurance or Québec Parental Insurance Plan, had the employee not been disqualified from Employment Insurance or Québec Parental Insurance Plan benefits for the reasons described in subparagraph (a)(i).

  • Benefits Perquisites and Expenses During the Term, the Executive shall be eligible to participate in employee benefit and fringe benefit plans and programs generally available to the executive officers of the Company and such additional benefits as the Board may from time to time provide. In addition, Executive shall be entitled to receive the personal benefits described on Exhibit A hereto. Executive shall be entitled to reimbursement for business expenses, including travel and entertainment; PROVIDED, that such reimbursement shall be limited to reasonable and necessary expenses incurred by Executive in connection with the performance of duties on behalf of the Company subject to: (i) timely submission of a properly executed Company expense report form accompanied by appropriate supporting documentation, and (ii) compliance with Company policies and procedures governing business expense reimbursement and reporting based upon principles and guidelines established by the Audit Committee of the Board, including periodic audits by the Internal Audit Department of the Company and/or the Audit Committee of the Board. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Executive shall in all events be entitled to reimbursement for travel expenses incurred in the performance of job duties commensurate with reimbursement policies generally available to similarly situated Vice Presidents.

  • Employee Benefits; Expenses The Employee shall be eligible to participate in any fringe benefits which may be or may become applicable to the Bank's senior management employees, including by example, participation in any stock option or incentive plans adopted by the Board of Directors of Bank or Parent, club memberships, a reasonable expense account, and any other benefits which are commensurate with the responsibilities and functions to be performed by the Employee under this Agreement. The Bank shall reimburse Employee for all reasonable out-of-pocket expenses which Employee shall incur in connection with his service for the Bank.

  • Longevity Bonus After twenty (20) years of continuous service, an employee will receive a longevity bonus of seven hundred dollars ($700) per year, payable in one lump sum by the second pay period following the employee's anniversary date.

  • Benefits; Expenses During the Term, the Company shall provide Executive and his dependents with medical insurance and such other cash and noncash benefits, on the same terms and conditions, as amended from time to time, as are generally made available by the Company to its full-time executive officers. Executive shall be entitled to four (4) weeks of paid vacation per year. The Company shall pay, or reimburse Executive for, all business expenses incurred by Executive which are related to the performance of Executive's duties, subject to timely submission by Executive of payment or reimbursement requests and appropriate documentation, in accordance with the Company’s reimbursement policies.

  • Longevity Payments (a) Longevity payments as set out in the salary schedule in Appendix A-1 (Interest Arbitration ineligible employees) and Appendix A-2 (Interest Arbitration eligible employees) will be provided to eligible employees upon completion of 10, 15, 20 and 25 years of continuous service. Continuous service shall mean time in a title or combination of titles which have existed and/or presently exist in the Security Services Unit, Agency Police Services Unit or Security Supervisors Unit. Such payment will be added to base pay effective on the payroll period which next begins following the actual completion of 10, 15, 20 and 25 years of continuous service. (b) In no event may an employee's basic annual salary exceed the longevity maximum of the salary grade as the result of the longevity payment or adjustment. (c) Employees whose basic annual salary after the application of the general increase and implementation of the new salary schedule is above the job rate will be considered to have received longevity payments in the amount by which their basic annual salary exceeds the job rate for their grade. (d) Such longevity payments will be added to and considered part of base pay for all purposes except for determining an employee's change in salary upon movement to a different salary grade and his potential for movement to the job rate of the new grade, after which determination the appropriate longevity payments will be restored. (e) The longevity amount for all employees will be adjusted to reflect the longevity payments which are appropriate to their current salary grade.

Any use of the Licensed Application in violation of the foregoing violates this License Agreement and may result in, among other things, termination or suspension of your rights to use the Licensed Application.

  • Training Allowance Operators who are required by the Employer to provide training to a specified level and to certify to the competency of the employees so trained shall receive twelve dollars ($12) per day while training. In such cases, the most senior qualified operator with the capability to provide training in the required class of equipment shall be given the opportunity to provide such training.
