DECLARE. I. That the Public Corporate Entity Xxx.xx is the Assignment Authority that, in accordance with applicable legislation, is responsible for managing the REGISTRY of internet domain names under the country code corresponding to Spain ".es".
DECLARE. The parties declare their mutual desire to promote the development of research and other academic and scientific institutional activities throughout the mutual assistance in areas such as training, research and institutional development, and considering: The parties have common objectives and interests in the scientific, educational and cultural fields. The parties are precisely institutions that promote the exchange of scientific and cultural knowledge. That the collaboration and the exchange of experiences and knowledge, as well as the rendering of services between both parties are of major interest for their social and cultural progress. For which reasons, they have decided to establish this Framework Agreement for Collaboration between both parties in accordance with the following clauses:
DECLARE. That the SPONSOR is interested in conducting the CLINICAL TRIAL described in the first clause of the Contract. That the CRO as the legal representative of the SPONSOR may make the payments on its behalf; and the signature of the CRO shall not be necessary for the modification of all other parts of the Contract in which it is not involved. That the FOUNDATION has among its functions, pursuant to the provisions of the current Agreement signed 17 June 2009 with the SERMAS (Madrid Regional Health Service), the management of the clinical trials conducted at the HOSPITAL That under the agreement signed between HOSPITAL and the [BIOMEDICAL RESEARCH FOUNDATION for the conduct of the clinical trials, all contracting for and conduct of clinical trials at the HOSPITAL to the FOUNDATION In consideration of the foregoing, the Parties agree to enter into this Contract, in accordance with the following CLAUSES
DECLARE. That they are autonomous Institutions of higher education, comprised of a community of professors, students, and administrative personnel who are dedicated to teaching; research, social action, study, analysis, artistic creation, and the dissemination of knowledge. That within the framework of this General Agreement for Academic Collaboration and Exchange into which the University of Puerto Rico and the Central Connecticut State University, Institutions of higher education, have entered, they wish to establish a specific foundation of which to encourage academic, scientific, and cultural experiences among professors, students, and administrative personnel. To that effect, the two Institutions have decided to enter into a General Academic, Scientific, and Cultural Agreement in accordance with the following clauses:

DECLARE. The FOUNDATION is an organization constituted under the New Jurisdiction by decision of the Navarre Government expressed in Regional Decree 211/1986 of 26 September. By virtue of the provisions of Regional Decree 126/2008 of 22 December, the FOUNDATION presents itself as the entity through which the Regional Health System is to promote biomedical research within the public health system of the Regional Community of Navarre. Its competences include the facilitation of the financing, development and integrated management of the projects, research teams, cooperative groups or other networks in which the researchers of the Navarre Health Service participate. The SPONSOR is interested in the performance of the clinical trial (hereinafter, the STUDY) described in the first clause of the Contract. The CENTRE is a health centre pertaining to the Navarre Health Service which also has research within the framework of the Health Sciences as one of its main objectives. The PRINCIPAL INVESTIGATOR possesses the scientific training and experience in medical care required to assume responsibilities in the performance of the STUDY. Based on the above considerations, the PARTIES have decided to enter into the present Contract in accordance with the following clauses:
