Deductible and Self-Insured Retentions. Any deductibles or self-insured retentions must be declared and approved by Mono County Risk Manager. If possible the Insurer shall reduce or eliminate such deductibles or self-insured retentions as respects to Mono County, its officials, officers, employees and volunteers; or the CONTRACTOR shall provide evidence satisfactory to Mono County Risk Manager guaranteeing payment of losses and related investigations, claim administration, and defense expenses.
