Policy Coverage Sample Clauses

Policy Coverage. Each of Party A and Party B acknowledges and agrees that the Insurer’s obligations with respect to the Transactions shall be limited to the terms of the Swap Policy. Notwithstanding Section 2(e) or any other provision of this Agreement, the Insurer shall not have any obligation to pay interest on any amount payable by Party B under this Agreement.
Policy CoverageCoverage provided by this policy(ies) must be primary and any other insurance carried by City is excess. Provider will be responsible for any deductible amounts payable under all policies of insurance.

Policy Coverage. If the Insured Entity is an agency and is requesting new policy coverage, the Insured Entity shall only request the Department to procure insurance for insurance coverages available pursuant to Rule 60A-1.015, Florida Administrative Code (F.A.C.). Insured Entity shall request the Department procure a new policy via email which shall include evidence of a DFS determination that this coverage is not provided for by the SRMTF. If approved for procurement, the Department will conduct the solicitation in accordance with applicable laws and rules. Once new policy coverage has been secured, the SPIP coordinator and Insured Entity will conform to the obligations set forth in this Agreement. If the Insured Entity is an agency or an eligible user permitted to obtain insurance pursuant to Rule 60A-1.015, F.A.C., wishing to be added to an existing SPIP insurance policy, the Insured Entity shall contact the SPIP coordinator and provide all requested data associated with the applicable policy. The SPIP coordinator will provide the Insured Entity’s information to the agent of record representing the insurance carrier (Broker) to confirm eligibility and acceptance on the policy. If the Broker accepts the addition of the Insured Entity for coverage under the existing insurance policy, the SPIP coordinator will provide notice to the Insured Entity and work with the Broker to update all policy documents. Once updated, the SPIP coordinator and Insured Entity will conform to the obligations set forth in this Agreement.
Policy CoverageParty A and Party B hereby each acknowledge and agree that MBIA's obligation with respect to Insured Transactions shall be limited to the terms of the Swap Policy. Notwithstanding Section 2(e) or any other provision of this Agreement, MBIA shall not have any obligation to pay interest on any amount payable by Party B under this Agreement.
Policy CoverageThis policy covers the use by any user of school-owned ICT and communications equipment, examples of which include:  Laptop and personal computers  ICT network facilities  Personal digital organisers and handheld computers,  Mobile phones and phone/computing hybrid devices  USB keys and other physical and on-line storage devices,  Image data capture and storage devices including cameras, camera phones and video equipment. This list is not exhaustive. The policy covers the use of all ICT and communications equipment provided for work purposes and equipment which is on loan to any user by the school for their personal or study use.
Policy Coverage. Current Executive level employees and approved new hires who are homeowners. Homeowner refers to employees who own a home at the origin location. Loss on Sale, expense reimbursement and other assistance is provided for the primary residence only. Policy CoverageThis policy shall be applicable to all employees of the City of Portage employed in the PPOA bargaining unit.
Policy Coverage. County acknowledges that CONTRACTOR has not been contracted by the County to procure policy coverage, including but not limited Stop Loss coverage. CONTRACTOR is indemnified from any losses related to coverage not placed by CONTRACTOR. County agrees to provide such indemnification and to assume liability related to the procurement and operation of any coverage related to the plan.
