Deduction and Transmission of Fee. 6 1. The Board will deduct from the salaries of the employees referred to in paragraph 7 2 of the preceding subsection the full amount of the yearly representation fee in 8 equal installments beginning with the first paycheck in January. 9 2. If an employee who is required to pay a representation fee terminates his/her 10 employment with the Board before the Association has received the full amount of 11 the representation fee to which it is entitled under this Article, the Board will deduct 12 the unpaid portion of the fee from the last paycheck paid to said employee during 13 the membership year in question.
