Common use of DEFECTIVE MANAGEMENT INFORMATION Clause in Contracts

DEFECTIVE MANAGEMENT INFORMATION. The Supplier acknowledges that it is essential that the Authority receives timely and accurate Management Information pursuant to this Dynamic Purchasing System Agreement because Management Information is used by the Authority to inform strategic decision making and allows it to calculate the Management Levy. The Supplier also acknowledges that the provision of completed Order Forms in accordance with paragraph 6.4 of DPS Schedule 4 (Call for Competition Procedures) constitutes an important aspect of the Management Information required by the Authority. Following an MI Failure the Authority may issue reminders to the Supplier or require the Supplier to rectify defects in the MI Report provided to the Authority. The Supplier shall rectify any deficient or incomplete MI Report as soon as possible and not more than five (5) Working Days following receipt of any such reminder.
