Deferred Compensation Plan & Tax Sheltered Annuity. The College will provide bargaining unit members the opportunity to participate in a Deferred Compensation Plan (457b) and/or a Tax Sheltered Annuity (403b). The Board assumes no liability for the investment decisions of any 457(b) or 403(b) vendors.
