Deferred Salary and Guaranteed Leave. There shall be a Deferred Salary and Guaranteed Leave Plan. The College will administer the plan. The College shall be able to administer the plan through a trustee selected by the College after consultation with the Association. The College shall be responsible for its own costs of administration. The plan shall be responsible for the costs of establishing and maintaining the plan. These costs will be made known to faculty prior to their joining the plan. The terms of the Deferred Salary and Guaranteed Leave Plan will not be changed without the mutual agreement of the College and the Association. Note: Also see workload reduction 10.6 (b)
