Electronic Music. Devices (EMD): a digital, analog or hybrid electronic device that produces or reproduces musical and non-musical sounds (this includes, all computer based software virtual instruments (VI’s) and hardware synthesizers, digital sampling devices, mobile devices, etc., whose sound is generated solely by digital and electronic means).
