Common use of Definition of Employer Clause in Contracts

Definition of Employer. For purposes of this Section 8, the term Employer shall include Employer and any and all of its subsidiaries, ventures or affiliates, whether currently existing or hereafter formed, which are engaged in the Covered Business or a portion thereof, as well as any person to whom this Agreement is assigned as permitted by Section 9.8 hereof.

Definition of Employer. For purposes of this Section 8subparagraph 8.2 hereof, the term Employer "Employer" shall include Employer and any and all of its subsidiaries, subsidiaries or parent corporation and any business ventures in which Employer or affiliates, whether currently existing any of its subsidiaries or hereafter formed, which are engaged in the Covered Business or a portion thereof, as well as any person to whom this Agreement is assigned as permitted by Section 9.8 hereofparent corporation may participate.

Definition of Employer. For purposes of this Section 8, the term Employer shall include Employer and any and all of its subsidiaries, ventures or affiliates, whether currently existing or hereafter formed, which are engaged in the Covered Business or a portion thereof, as well as any person to whom this Agreement is assigned as permitted by Section 9.8 hereof, provided, however, that the business of any assignee not already engaged in by Employer shall not be included as a Covered Business.

Definition of Employer. For purposes of this Section 86, the term Employer shall include Employer and any and all of its subsidiaries, ventures or affiliates, whether currently existing or hereafter formed, which are engaged in the Covered Business or a portion thereof, as well as any person to whom this Agreement is assigned as permitted by Section 9.8 7.8 hereof.
