Chief Xxxxxxx and Stewards a. There will be one Chief Xxxxxxx on property; the wages of the Chief Xxxxxxx will be shared 50%/50%. The Chief Xxxxxxx will be a full time position and will be compensated at 118% of the top step of the Journeyman Technician rate of pay plus fringe benefits paid for on a scheduled work week basis. This Chief Xxxxxxx, although an employee of the Company, will report to the Union Business Manager or his designee. The limit of Stewards will be no more than 20 and will be allotted between the districts as the Chief Xxxxxxx directs. b. All stewards will receive training by the Union in contract management and dispute resolution.

  • General Management In the discharge of its general duty to manage the successful performance of the Services, Vendor shall: 3.2.1.1. within thirty (30) calendar days of the Effective Date, identify to Citizens the primary and secondary management contacts responsible for the oversight and management of Services for Citizens; 3.2.1.2. ensure Vendor Staff tasked with management and oversight of the Services are available promptly to perform Services during Business Hours; 3.2.1.3. ensure each assigned Adjuster submits a time record directly to Vendor’s manager or point of contact. At any time during this Agreement, Citizens may require copies of time records from Vendor; 3.2.1.4. ensure that no Vendor Staff carries a weapon on their person while performing Services; 3.2.1.5. ensure that no Vendor Staff uses impairing drugs, chemicals, or alcohol while performing Services; 3.2.1.6. ensure that Vendor Staff avoid using their duties and obligations under this Agreement to engage in any conduct that could create either an actual or perceived conflict of interest, such as due to an ongoing business relationship with an entity other than Citizens that would enable Vendor Staff to receive an improper benefit or unfair competitive advantage; 3.2.1.7. ensure that the Services comply with the Best Claims Practices & Estimating Guidelines as applicable to each Service Category and any other policies or processes set forth by Citizens, including but not limited to: a. monitoring applicable file production on a weekly basis to determine compliance with Citizens’ production requirements; and, b. providing detailed reports to Citizens related to Vendor performance upon request.

  • Xxxx and Xx Xxxxxxxx: Pursuant to Section 1(i) of the Investment Management Trust Agreement between Climate Real Impact Solutions II Acquisition Corporation (the “Company”) and Continental Stock Transfer & Trust Company (the “Trustee”), dated as of _________, 2021 (the “Trust Agreement”), this is to advise you that the Company did not effect a business combination with a Target Business (the “Business Combination”) within the time frame specified in the Company’s amended and restated certificate of incorporation, as described in the Company’s Prospectus relating to the Offering. Capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the meanings set forth in the Trust Agreement. In accordance with the terms of the Trust Agreement, we hereby authorize you to liquidate all of the assets in the Trust Account and transfer the total proceeds into a segregated account held by you on behalf of the Beneficiaries to await distribution to the Public Stockholders. The Company has selected [_________, 20__]1 as the effective date for the purpose of determining when the Public Stockholders will be entitled to receive their share of the liquidation proceeds. You agree to be the Paying Agent of record and, in your separate capacity as Paying Agent, agree to distribute said funds directly to the Company’s Public Stockholders in accordance with the terms of the Trust Agreement and the Company’s amended and restated certificate of incorporation. Upon the distribution of all the funds, net of any payments necessary for reasonable unreimbursed expenses related to liquidating the Trust Account, your obligations under the Trust Agreement shall be terminated, except to the extent otherwise provided in Section 1(i) of the Trust Agreement.
